By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Listings produced by the Service (titles, descriptions, item specifics, condition notes, category suggestions, CSV files) are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. They are drafts, not facts. You must review and verify every listing — title, price, condition, description, item specifics, and photos — before publishing it to eBay or anywhere else. You bear full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of anything you publish.
You are the seller of record for anything you list. We are not a party to your sales and have no responsibility to your buyers. When using content produced by the Service you agree to:
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc. Any eBay account warnings, restrictions, or penalties resulting from your listings are your responsibility.
You keep ownership of the photos and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the Service — including processing it with AI systems to generate your listings and hosting your photos at public web addresses so eBay and buyers' browsers can display them (see the Privacy Policy for details). You represent that you have the rights to everything you upload.
You agree not to: upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content; list prohibited or counterfeit items; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; scrape or bulk-extract the Service; reverse engineer the Service; resell or white-label the Service without our written agreement; or use the Service for anything other than creating your own marketplace listings.
The Service — including its software, templates, designs, and branding — belongs to us and our licensors. Purchasing credits or a plan gives you the right to use listings the Service generates for you; it does not transfer any rights in the platform itself.
The Service relies on third parties, including AI model providers (to analyze photos and write listings), Stripe (payments), and email delivery. Your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of eBay is governed by eBay's own terms.
The Service is provided without any uptime guarantee. Processing times vary with queue load. Features marked beta (and beta-plan accounts) are provided for testing, may change or be removed at any time, and may be less reliable than the rest of the Service.
You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time via contact. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; in that case remaining credits are forfeited. After termination we may delete your jobs, photos, and generated listings — download anything you want to keep first.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATED LISTINGS WILL BE ACCURATE, THAT YOUR ITEMS WILL SELL, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, OR MARKETPLACE ACCOUNT PENALTIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your listings, your sales, your violation of these terms or of eBay's policies, or your infringement of anyone's rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be noted on this page or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
